Stella, The Therapy Dog, Helps People Alleviate Post-COVID Stress

According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), it is normal to feel anxious and stressed during the COVID-19 outbreak. But we can lessen the distress. To support people dealing with stress, anxiety, depression and isolation, 21-year-old Sehaj Sidhu along with his father started an initiative, 'Healing Paws'. The father-son duo from Chandigarh decided to train their pet, 1.5-year-old Stella, and heal others during the COVID-19 pandemic. Watch this story to know more.
