Sterilisation Deaths: The Needle Of Suspicion

Its a tragedy of unimaginable proportions. The deaths of 13 women after being operated on at a sterilization camp, points to the fact that something happened to them medically. The symptoms of the over 100 hospitalized women are not pointing to a single specific cause. Was it due to the jugaad approach at sterilisation camps? Or were contaminated drugs responsible?
