Still open to tie-up with NCP: Thackeray
Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray has said he is still open to a tie up with the NCP, an offer the NCP has declined. But the Sena chief may have succeeded in stirring up mistrust within the already strained Congress-NCP alliance.
