"I spent 13 years with my son and 17 (years) with my daughter, but in this case I've spent 18 long years to get justice for my children," says Neelam Krishnamoorthy, her voice choking with emotion. This isn't an isolated case, as more than 60,000 cases are pending in the Supreme Court alone.
