Stolen Indian statue journeys homewards
An ancient statue of Lord Vishnu, which was stolen six years ago from a temple in Madhya Pradesh, has been recovered in New York. As US Custom's special agents handed over a 250 pound sand stone statue to Neelam Deo, India's Consul General in New York, it was certainly a moment for the cameras.
