Story of resilience: Leprosy patients turn auto workers

It's a story of resilience and strong will from Pune. A small group of elderly people, several of them physically challenged, have not only managed to start a factory, but are successful enough to supply to some of the major auto manufacturers of the country. 63-year-old Mangala Lanke has been churning out clutch plates, assembly levers for over 25 years. It's a job traditionally associated with men.
