Student killed by cousin with knife in public attack
Twenty-year-old Jyotsna Bagul was riding her bike to college Friday morning when she was attacked. The attacker, her first cousin, 25-year-old Yogesh Bacchav whose romantic overtures she had refused. Jyotsna died instantly.
