Students lock in vice-chancellor, staff of Kolkata's Jadavpur University
Over a week after the Christ Church School incident, where an 11-year-old girl died after being locked up in the school bathroom by her seniors for several hours, trouble is now brewing at Kolkata's Jadavpur University. The vice-chancellor and several other officials of the university have been gheraoed by several fourth year engineering students for over 24 hours following the suspension of two of their fellow students over ragging.
