Students, Teachers March On Campus Against 'Gundaism' | Read

Delhi University's protest against hooliganism and violence on campus became the largest such gathering in recent times. Along with more than 2000 placard-holding, slogan-shouting students and teachers, Left leaders D Raja and Sitaram Yechury joined the walk that was held a week after clashes at the Ramjas College that also involved the BJP-linked student group ABVP. A large contingent of policemen and policewomen walked alongside the protesters.
