Sukhram to appeal against jail term in HC

Former Union Communications Minister Sukram said on February 25 that he will approach the Delhi High Court against his conviction and three-years' jail sentence awarded by a Delhi Court for amassing illegal assets worth Rs 4.25 crore. "My lawyers will go through the judgement and I will definitely appeal in the High Court," he said immediately after the sentence was pronounced against him.
