Supreme Court Cancels News Channel Ban, Key Win For Press Freedom
In a big relief to media house, Media ONE, the Supreme Court ruled that a media outlet cannot be muzzled just because it criticises the government. The court said that the channel MediaOne's criticism of the government's policies and actions cannot be construed as anti-national.
