Supreme Court pulls up NGO in Manjhi case
In a latest development in the case of Manjhi, the child of Japanese parents born out of surrogacy in Jaipur, the Supreme Court has now questioned a Rajasthan-based NGO about their interest in the case. The apex court has asked them to reply within two weeks. The NGO is arguing that this is a case of an abandoned child and they where willing to take care of it.
