Supreme Court To Hear Fresh Plea By RG Kar Victim's Parents On Monday

The Supreme Court will hear an application moved by the parents of RG Kar victim's family on March 17. The victim's parents who had earlier raised apprehensions on the CBI probe and sought further investigation to ascertain involvement of more people in the RG Kar rape-murder case, have filed a fresh application before the Supreme Court seeking clarification from the court that it is not dealing with the issue of further investigation into the case and to allow the family to move before the Calcutta High Court on it.
