Surat: Police torture 3 minor boys
In a shocking case of crime in Gujarat, three boys aged 10, 12 and 13 held for allegedly stealing money from a shop on Wednesday, were handcuffed to chairs and tables and given electric shocks at a police station in Surat. They were picked up for stealing Rs 28,000 but their nightmare did not end with a confession.
