Surrender Policy: Will Pak let it work?
The Surrender Policy, which has been cleared by the National Conference-led government in J&K, is a hope for many youth in the state who crossed the LOC to receive arms training but now want to return to their families. However, its success also vastly depends on whether Pakistan will give them a free passage or create obstacles in their way.
