Swapnil Gugale, Ankit Bawne Revel in Ranji Trophy Record Partnership
Maharashtra batsmen Swapnil Gugale and Ankit Bawne created a new Ranji Trophy record when they set an unbeaten stand of 594 runs for the 3rd wicket in their Group B match against Delhi on Friday. Speaking to NDTV, Ankit Bawne, who scored 258 not out, said both of them feeling great after the feat, and added that they understood each other's game very well. Gugale, who was unbeaten at 351 during declaration, said that patience was key during their record-breaking partnership.
