Synergy benefits outweigh equity dilution: IDFC on PVR-Cinemax deal
Nikhil Vora, managing director of IDFC, was bullish on PVR before the Cinemax deal, and he continues to remain bullish. He thinks that the synergy benefits will outweigh the equity dilution which shareholders will face in the near term as PVR raises funds to complete the transaction.
