"Tahawwur Rana Decision Step In Right Direction": Supreme Court Lawyer
While speaking on a US court's decision to allow the extradition of 26/11 accused Tahawwur Rana to India, Supreme Court advocate Kapil Sankhla called it a step in the right direction. Mr Sankhla went on to add that Rana's last hope was to appeal to the US Supreme Court which was likely to give a verdict in favour of India considering the treaty between the two countries.
