Tamil Nadu has vastly improved its ease of doing business. It has moved up from 14th position to 3rd. With a vision to turn the state into a one trillion dollar economy, Tamil Nadu claims to have drawn 95,000 crore worth of investments over the last one year which could generate 2.25 lakh jobs. On Monday the state would hold a global investors meet amid speculation there could be a few big ticket investments. NDTV's Sam Daniel spoke to Tamil Nadu's Industries Minister Mr Thangam Thennarasu on emerging investment trends, further improving ease of doing business and revival of Ford's Chennai plant.
