The government of Chief Minister Edapadi Palaniswami, a Sasikala nominee, may have won a tumultuous trust vote, but actor Kamal Haasan says it does not have legitimacy in the eyes of the people. In an exclusive and hard-hitting interview to NDTV, he described the regime as a "criminal conglomerate", and said that Tamil Nadu can only be cleansed by fresh elections.
