Tamil Nadu Government And TASMAC Challenge ED Searches in Madras High Court
The state government, along with the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation, has jointly approached the Madras High Court regarding the searches conducted by the Directorate of Enforcement at the TASMAC headquarters in Chennai between the 6th and the 8th of this month. The Tamil Nadu government has taken legal action against the recent searches and seizures carried out by the ED on the premises of TASMAC.
