Tamil Nadu prison holds rare convocation
Prisons in our country have been in the news for all the wrong reasons. But in Tamil Nadu, a Central prison witnessed the very rare spectacle of the convocation for fifteen life convicts. The convicts received post-graduate and even M Phil degrees through a University in Tirunelveli.
