The ruling DMK has slammed Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi for deviating from the state government approved speech during his customary new year address in the assembly and omitting even names of stalwarts including Periyar and Ambedkar. NDTV's Sam Daniel spoke to T K S Elangovan, DMK Spokesperson and former MP, on the current faceoff and a range of issues.
