Targeted Killings In Jammu And Kashmir On The Rise

Jammu amd Kashmir is witnessing a spate of targeted killings. Nine civilians have been shot dead in targeted attacks by terrorists in weeks, with two civilians losing their lives today. Ever since these reprehensible attacks began, there have been nine encounters in which security forces hit back and killed 13 terrorists. On the ground, there is growing fear among civilians about the fallout of the rise in terror incidents.
