Tarun Tejpal booked for rape; Tehelka's unconvincing defence
With many people accusing Tehelka of showing shocking levels of insensitivity and casualness in the way they handled the complaint of sexual assault against its editor-in-chief Tarun Tejpal, on our special show, Additional Solicitor General Indira Jaising says "Law clearly states that it is employer's responsibility to report a complaint like this to police."
