Tarun Tejpal summoned for questioning, Goa police say he tried to influence journalist
Tarun Tejpal, Tehelka's founder who has been accused of raping a younger colleague by the Goa police, has been summoned for questioning, say sources. The Goa police had on Tuesday recorded the statement of the young journalist, who alleged that she had been sexually assaulted by the editor inside a lift in a hotel where the magazine had organised an event earlier this month.
