Tata Consultancy Q3 net up at Rs 1352 cr, sees tough market
Riding on the growth in retail, and media and entertainment verticals, country's largest IT services exporter Tata Consultancy Services on Thursday said its net profit rose by 2.67 per cent in the third quarter this fiscal amid "difficult economic environment". The company reported a net profit of Rs 1,362 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2008, against Rs 1,326.67 crore in the same period last year.
