Tax-free bond issue attractive for investors: Satnam Singh

PFC has launched a Rs 4,590 cr tax-free bond issue and Satnam Singh of PFC says the issue will be attractive for investors. He adds that the funds will be used for lending purposes by the company. Mr Singh also offered a view on the RBI's draft NBFC norms, saying he does not feel they will be negative for PFC.
