TCS Q3 net up 30% at Rs 2,370 cr

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has reported 29.93 per cent jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 2,369.83 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2010, driven by strong demand for outsourcing services and stable fees. TCS CEO and MD N Chandrasekaran said company's gross margin level is up 26 bps and the operating margin level is up 7 bps. TCS has announced 200 per cent dividend.
