The battle for Maharashtra is now headed to the Supreme Court. Both sides - Team Thackeray and Team Shinde - have lawyered up. The Uddhav Thackeray camp is clear - they are not giving in without a fight. Top Sena leaders in Maharashtra on Sunday reached out to their cadre and made it clear to the dissidents that there was only one Shiv Sena. But rebel Eknath Shinde is accepting none of that. He has gone to the Supreme Court filing an appeal against the Shiv Sena's move to disqualify him and 15 other MLAs.
