Teenagers Vulnerable To Body Esteem Issues So Self-Esteem Education Important: Dr Megha Dhillon
During the Dove #StopTheBeautyTest telethon, Dr Megha Dhillon, Assistant Professor of Psychology, Lady Sriram College, said that psychologically teenagers tend to be very self-conscious and they also place a very high value on the opinions and evaluations of their peers. Dr Dhillon explained that this is what makes self esteem education a very important component for young people in schools and colleges.
