Report card time for K Chandrasekhar Rao, or KCR, as he is called in Telangana. In 2014, his TRS party came to power promising 'neeru, nidhulu, niyamakaalu' or water, resources for development and jobs. After four and a half years, his critics say his report card is full of red marks while supporters insist he has passed with flying colours.
