Telgi's video-taped confession out in Bangalore
The prime accused in the fake stamp paper scam case, Abdul Karim Telgi, has accused top politicians of being involved in the scam. A videotape of his narco-analysis test, done before the CBI took over in 2004, is now in the possession of the media.
