Terror Activities Up During Ceasefire, Will Intensify Operations: J&K Top Cop
On a day the BJP pulled out of the Jammu and Kashmir government citing deteriorating security situation in the state, Jammu and Kashmir's DGP SP Vaid speaks to NDTV on just how bad the situation is in the Valley after the ceasefire ended. "The militant activities have actually increased during this period since the operations were stopped. We will go all out and intensify operations against the terrorists," he said. Mr Vaid also said that the police have got important leads in the Shujaat Bukhari murder case.
