The recent bomb blast at a cinema hall in Ludhiana brought back memories of Punjab's violent past and fears of a revival of militancy.It also raised questions about what the government is doing to ensure that history does not repeat itself. There are more than two dozen Punjab terrorists who were active during the mid-80s and early 90s who are now living abroad.
