Terror strikes: All talk, little action
In the various terror strikes that hit the country in the past two years, our government's attitude and response has not been proactive. On May 18, 2007, after the Mecca Masjid blast in Hyderabad that killed 14 people, Minister of State Sri Jaiprakash Jaiswal had said, "This is the work of some terrorist organisation which wants to disturb the peace of the state." The prime suspect was HuJI.
