Terror Talk, Territorial Integrity And New Age Diplomacy At SCO Summit
India hosted the SCO summit for the first time today after becoming a full member 6 years ago. However, the meeting of heads of state and government was in the virtual format. The government said that there were many factors for the meeting to be held in virtual format but spelt out no particular reason in specific. However, the foreign secretary Vinay Kwatra said that holding it in the virtual format in no way diminished the mandate of SCO.
