In the run up to the election, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had promised to bring back black money and enrich the honest tax payers and use it for public good. But now it seems the matter is more complicated than it was initially thought to be. It seems that the authorities do not have enough information and experts are of the opinion that the Special Investigation Team might find it very difficult to establish any link between the 'unaccounted' money stashed in the offshore accounts to individuals.
