Weighing in on the debate over rigged television ratings, Congress MP and former minister Manish Tewari calls the entire system 'completely and absolutely opaque'. "The bigger problem is that the revenue model is absolutely flawed. Globally, the revenue model is 60% subscription and 40% advertising," he said.
