The First 1000 Days Is A Unique Period: Dr Indira Chakravarty
Dr Indira Chakravarty, Former Director and Dean, All India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health at the 12-hour #SwasthyaMantra telethon said that the first 1000 days in a child's life is a unique period. She explained that this period is the foundation period for the rest of their lives. If proper attention is given to children during this time, their whole life will be better, Dr Chakravarty added.
