The man eating Tigress of Bijnore
Our continued focus on the issue of man-animal conflict. The most controversial incident involves a tigress in the Moradabad/Bijnore area. Where ten people have been killed so far and there are rumours it may have even been two big cats. Despite an MLA taking it upon himself to illegally hunt the animal down in an attempt to ingratiate himself with his electorate, the tigress has still not been found.
