It's not just about India's Moon mission. There are several parts of the country where the Moon is worshipped in different ways and for different reasons. Like in Thingalur which is named after the country's only Moon temple. It's a small village which lies 300 kilometres from Chennnai. Thingal in Tamil means Moon.
