This week what's making big headlines is the economy and on the show tonight is Dr Arvind Panagariya, former head of NITI Aayog and currently at Columbia University. Optimistic about economic growth, Dr Panagariya expects India to be in the 8 per cent range in the next two years. Beyond forecasting numbers, he discusses the "Gujarat model", Aadhaar and shares his experience of teaching at Columbia University.
