Vidya Balan, one of the best actors we have today in the Hindi film industry, is someone who has won everything from the National award to film awards, government awards and still has a long way to go. Vidya Balan like Shobhaa De has never been afraid of breaking out of the mould, of experimenting with her roles. She's now also a member of India's censor board and has a new movie coming out Tumhari Sulu.
