The murder of 10-year-old Moin in Delhi has brought the focus back on India's child labour shame. An estimated 12.6 million children work in hazardous factories and workshops across the country but what is equally distressing is that even those rescued by NGOs and social workers somehow return to work, often in the very sweat shops where they toiled earlier.
