The painful Narcotics Act
When many of us hear of the word cancer or HIV/AIDs, we perhaps don't imagine what each day is like living with the diseases. Maybe a only a family can describe the unbearable pain the disease brings; the pain is so excruciating that patients even commit suicide. There's a world renowned remedy for it in the form of oral morphine but in India the government won't let you have it.
