Nitin Gadkari lost his second chance of becoming president. The political crisis that engulfed Nitin Gadkari and the BJP began when he appeared in our studios to defend questions about the sources of funding for his company, Purti Power and Sugar Private Limited. Our investigation that aired on October 20 last year had found that 70 per cent of Purti was owned by shell companies, with mystery addresses.
