The Story of a Turnaround in Faridabad's Government Girls High Secondary School
Before Support My School campaign's intervention, there was just one basic toilet in working condition for over 2,000 girls and no drinking water facility in the Government Girls' High School, Faridabad. Today, the school boasts of five fully functional toilets, a separate changing room for girls during menstruation, an incinerator that disposes of sanitary napkins, purified drinking water, library, sports equipment, playground, extra-curricular activities, sturdy classrooms and enough qualified teachers making it better than many private schools.
