India's teachers can be world class. That was proved once again by a teacher from a Kendriya Vidyalaya in New Delhi who won a global award for her project that uses technology to teach students the importance of protecting the environment. Sangeetha was one of five Indian teachers, selected from 200,000 entries from around the world, to travel to Washington D.C to take part in the Microsoft's Partners in Learning Global Forum for teachers. This is part of the company's $500 million commitment from to help education around the world.
