The Women Of USHA Silai Schools In A Digital World
USHA Silai school program launched the app "USHA Silai" to enhance the skills of the women of Silai Schools in the times of pandemic. This app and the other digital platforms like Google meet, Zoom among others sustained the training of the women across India and also gave them a platform to sell their products in the online market. But not all the women were used to this method hence, a special training was required and USHA did that in collaboration with COWE (Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs).
